Good comes to those who wait and try.

So,as you guys might have already know,yesterday,one of my many dreams came true.
I went to see The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus Live in concert and i even got up close and not so personal with them.
Something which struck me the moment i went up to Joey Westwood for an autograph was, "Holy cow,i have been admiring this guy for two years.i even had him pasted on my school desk and now i'm seeing,touching him for real!"
It was an awesome feeling ladida but it all came to one conclusion,he's also human,with different skin pigment.End of story.haha.
What made a big deal?God knows what.Its probably their songs which had impacted my life and i'm not denying,their good looks.haha.I lost my voice for a couple of minutes after singing along to 'face down' ,'cat and mouse' 'your guardian angel' 'damn regret' (those are the songs which kept me company during some life changing experience i had to go through 3 years ago) and i must say the concert was a hella good experience.
Their concert was worth every single penny,but unfortunately,they didn't perform 'angel's cry',that one song i had wished so hard they would sing,i mean,i even shouted at them to play it but,oh well.haha,life's never fair.
the opening band was AVA-A Vacant Affair and i didn't really rock n'roll while they strut their stuffs,its probably me being anxious for the appearance of The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus,but well,good effort for them i guess. :)
I would certainly be delighted if i could open up the show for The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus,it would mean a lifetime to me!haha.
There were people moshing but yesterday,i didn't join in the fun cause i didn't want to risk myself getting hurt when i came there to actually savour every minute singing along to The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus's song.
Ronnie was a doll,
Duke looked like Peyton Sawyer with a mane on his face,like thick lush beard which mean he looks hot for a male version of her haha,

Joey looked distant but he's there-like how he looked in every photo shot of him playing his bass Live,
Jon is definitely hitting on his drums alright!
and their sessionist guitarist who was pretty awesome too i must say.
Its too bad Elias isn't around anymore,he missed his chance to come to Singapore with his used to be band mates,what a pity :(
Anyways,after the concert was done,NanaJ and i went to the back of the tent to catch a glimpse of the guys after the show.
We waited for what seems like forever;after two fully used cancer sticks and NanaJ becoming hungry and she managed to go to McDonald's to grab a bite and left me all alone
,
Jon came walking right in front of me with their sessionist and all i could afford to do was sit by the curb and stare wide eyed and open mouthed.stupid huh?haha.
I wanted to go up to him to take a picture and his autograph but his sessionist was there with him,and i got all flustered with shyness so i rang NanaJ up to hurry and hung up.While waiting for her,i saw the crowd evaporating from Joey so i went up to him and said shyly(yes,its so unlike me) ;
"Hey!Joey,can i get your autograph?" and he smiled and said "yea sure!" and WITH MY PEN,he signed.or more like wrote.haha.i almost fell to my kness looking at how close we were standing in real life.jeez,i was star struck but yeah,i was still on Earth.And than i saw NanaJ came and asked her to snap pictures while i try and get Duke to sign on my book and he did!he's uber tall,and built?and his beard on his face is like,god!i love it la,haha.than NanaJ and i ran towards the stair case landing where Ronnie stood with all these girls squealing his name and it kind of disgusted me?haha.i mean,i'm a fan yes,but jeez,its just so,eeew.haha.Anyways,we had to queue up to get our pictures and autographs taken with him,can you imagine?his guard was like "if you want to take an autograph,line up in single file now!" and from the look on Ronnie's face,i think he felt sorry for us fans.haha.I don't know but well,i managed to get him to sign and take a picture with me too.I had his beautiful sweaty hair on mine.lols!
It sounds disgusting right?well i went home and took a shower immediately.haha!
So,well,yeah,it was a fantastic night.Definitely.
The next time they come on over,i'd probably be there again.
And,last night really prove to me that if we try and is able to sacrifice some stuff necessary to get to our goals or dreams,it may eventually become achievable.I had a shot and it went well.
Therefore;
i'm proud i used up my money i earned from working at suntec which is not a lot,to see their one hour show,i'm proud i stood up for what i wanted to my mom,i'm proud i get to spend the whole night/evening with my cousin NanaJ and i'm proud i get to see the people who sang and made music which made an impact from within.
i can never be more contented than i am now.
:)
p.s:one thing which annoys me now is my lack of self defense from the people i'm supose to love.
