I'm excited for what the future has in store for me this time,but I'm upset cause 2009 was pretty brief.
It didn't feel like almost a year has gone by,It felt like it was just yesterday I spent the last day of 2008 with Edd and friends.
But,with a chin held higher than before,with a slight improvement in posture I will march up 2010 with more confidence like never before and hopefully,I start talking more and be less of a computer geek. :)
Well,I met my good Ol' Sam earlier this evening.
Its been ages since I last saw her and her cheeks are chubbier and rosier!
Her little bun in the oven is showing and I feel both sad and happy for her.
But nevertheless,I wish her the best of what a good friend can ever do and wish that life for her after her bun starts to bake in a couple of months time will be a something like Sam or maybe,even better!
So,we went around Lavender and grabbed dinner.
We shared my favourite meal from a particular stall which moved,but still within walking distance and i devoured it like I had never eaten anything good before.
The crispiness of the Ayam Penyet and the whole damn thing is really amazing.
We ate on the same plate and it felt like old times.
When we were about through with the meal,She said we should have bought two separate servings and I told her,Its the bun's talking. lol!
We talked about her future,what had happened in my life and now I miss her already. lol.
I still remember last year,we had a slight mis-understanding on New Year's eve and I was with Edd and I thought out loud; "What a start of 2009!"
Because of bloody alcohols!
har har har.
Shit.
Now,memories spent in ART room during art classes starts to fill my mind :(
Time,why do you have to tick by so fast?
I don't want to grow up too quickly. :/
But yeah,anyways,there's a quote which says,
To stop ourselves from thinking we didn't utilize our time wisely,it states that,
Live each day to the fullest.No matter what emotion overcomes you on that day,don't let little things bring you down cause its not worth a minute of being ignorant.
Well moving on,
Last night i went out to shop like crazy with Mari.
We met Far for a while since she was working and as per normal,freebees on the house! lol.
Mari's such a kind soul to accompany me and mind you,I haven't splurge like that for quite a while now and it felt good.For a brief second I thought i knew how it felt like to be a shopaholic.lol!
We got bags of clothing in our hand and not forgetting,a helmet.
The place was packed and I got to apologize if I did nudge the public with Mari's helmet as we're walking through the crowded spaces of Bugis Street.lol.
And mom finally knows the fact that I've been a pillion on Mari's bike.
She flared up for a bit,fearing my safety but I couldn't care less.
I enjoy the thrill,the wind on my face(minus the stupid particles which always gets in the eye and I'm thankful for the existence of visors.lols!) and besides,Mari has been a great rider since the first time she asked me out to ride with her.
Though i hate it when she accelerates the motor engine under my void deck cause its noisy as hell and when she makes a sharp turn.
so baby Mari,cheers for the good times before and after the existence of your hubby come motorcycle boyfriend.
Not to mention,Good luck on this coming new year on the new romance which is growing incredibly fast! *winks winks winks*

cause I know I would be.
I got a future nephew or niece on its way on late June or early July. Yezzzaar!
